1. Check For Damaged Cables
If the power adapter and Ethernet cable of your Arlo SmartHub or Base Station is damaged, then your app will not find it. To solve it, check for the damaged cables, and replace without any delay.
2. Configure Arlo Again
One of the solutions is re-adjust all the settings in the Arlo app. make sure that Base station is connected to the router before reconfiguring the SmartHub, then follow steps;
- Connect your phone to the interface by linking the router network.
- Choose the Arlo app and start the Arlo app login process with credentials (username and password)
