Check the Registered Email Address
There are chances that you have not used the correct email address to create your Arlo account. Therefore, you should confirm the same. The instructions given below will be able to help you with that:
- Complete the Arlo login process and reach the Arlo app’s dashboard.
- From there, select Settings.
- Tap Account Profile > Name > Email.
- Ensure that the email address mentioned there is correct and belongs to you only.
Confirm the Email Address
Perhaps, the confirmation of the email address is still pending. Thus, you should check your mailbox and see if there is an email from alerts@arlo.com. If there is any, you must read the email and click on the confirmation link in the mail. This will allow the camera to send email alerts on the registered mail address.
Check Your Spam Folder
You are advised to check the spam folder of your email provider. A lot of instances have been observed where the email provider marks even valid email messages as spam. In case, the Arlo emails are found in the spam folder, consider adding alerts@arlo.com to your address book. This will ensure that the email alerts are sent directly to your inbox.

Review the Storage Limit

Verify If Your Email Service Provider is Down?
