First Complete Arlo Camera or Doorbell Setup

Connect the Arlo camera device to the desired location in your home, then launch the Arlo secure app in your phone, if you don’t have, then download it;

Download Arlo App

• Link your phone to the WiFi network using SSID details.
• If you have Android phone open Play store and if it is iPhone open App store.
• Search for the Arlo Secure app and simply download it in your phone.

Connect to Home Network

• Open the Arlo Secure app in phone and access it by typing Arlo app login details.
• If you don’t have any Arlo account then make one by entering Email address, name and generate password.
• Tap on the Add new devices, and select Camera model or type.
• Tap on Connect without SmartHub and select continue button.
• Enter the WiFi SSID details like username and password, tap on Continue to complete the connection.

The first step is to connect the router with the Base station using the Ethernet cable. The cable must insert in to the router’s LAN port and base station Ethernet port to give access of internet to SmartHub.

• Connect the phone to the router and open the Arlo Secure app in it.

• Go to the Devices, select the connected camera to router and tap on Settings icon.
• You have to reinstall the Arlo camera with the SmartHub or Base station.
• To reinstall the devices, you have to remove them by tapping the Remove Devices button.
• Select the Arlo account and camera model. Then it is time to add the devices again.
• Tap on “+” icon to add device, select the Arlo model, and tap on Connect with SmartHub option.
