- Open the Arlo app on your mobile phone.
- You can also access my.arlo.com on a computer.
- The next page will ask for your Arlo account credentials.
- Input the correct values and select Log In.
- Now, select Devices and choose the camera that you wish to reset.

- Tap Device Name > Remove Device > Yes.

- The location of the button may vary as per the camera model.
To see the Sync button, you will have to release the camera from its housing in case you have Arlo Pro 3, Pro 4, Pro S5, Pro 3 Floodlight, Ultra 2, and Go 2.
In case you have an Arlo Essential Wire-Free camera, the Sync button is present at the top of camera.

- Now, press the Sync button and hold for about 15 seconds.
- Wait for the camera’s light to blink blue.
- In Essential Wire-Free cameras, the light blinks blue at first and then blinks amber 3 times.
